The range fuses eastern and western ingredients of sweet, sour and salty, gifting exquisite flavours and enhancing wellbeing.
Our ethos stems from a genuine appreciation of fresh and ripe seasonal produce and a sense of kinship, sharing good things with the special people in our lives.
Though the familiarity of the seasons, our produce lifts the spirits - in the bleakness of Winter, hot tea and crusty bread topped with our Amber Marmalade; and in the fierce heat of Summer, an icy cold glass of Lemon Grass Syrup, or yoghurt drizzled with our Orange Spiced Syrup.
